K+B {Wedding} 06.10.17

I met Kayla and Brett through Kayla's mom, who happens to be a previous boss of mine. A boss I really enjoyed working with! I was happy to be able to step in and help them out with their engagement and wedding pictures. Kayla and Brett are obviously a gorgeous couple to look at but they're also just so fun to be around. Kayla seems like the kind of girl I would be friends with. They met at a party where Kayla told me that she thought Brett was a bit of a creep at first. Obviously he must have had the chance to prove her wrong. Their wedding day was absolutely beautiful and thankfully so because the wedding was entirely outdoors. There were SO many details everywhere around their ceremony/wedding site. They had a videographer capturing their day alongside me and my assistant, Kelsey. The videographer, Stanley Glen Productions, is a friend of the bride's and came in from the Chicago area for their wedding. They had some great food provided by Jim's Smoking BBQ and a dessert table TO DIE for that was completely homemade by family of the bride. Some of the most memorable moments of the day were the mother/daughter dance and photos at sunset. I had such a hard time picking a favorite from this wedding.
